TrimSlots is a full-featured barber booking platform I designed and developed to modernize how clients book and manage haircut appointments.

Built with Next.js, it combines a sleek, responsive interface with powerful backend logic for both customers and barbers. Users can discover barbers in their area, view real-time availability, and receive automatic reminders via email or SMS. Barbers get access to a business dashboard for managing staff, services, and client bookings — all from one clean, intuitive interface.

The project includes authentication, dynamic booking logic, smart notifications, and personalized recommendations powered by user preferences and history.
